In May 2011, the conference room at the Miękinia Municipal Office was equipped with a professional conference and audiovisual system. This system supports conferences, speeches, voting sessions and multimedia presentations.

The room was equipped with 20 desktop conference units, managed from a central laptop computer. The voting results are presented on a projection screen.
Integration of the installed system with the IT network also facilitates the ability for residence of the municipality to have a live view of the meeting proceedings.
